*ON-SALE, Custom made, and Made-to-Order items are non-returnable,non-refundable.

CANADA

Return and refunds due to customer preference are generally available for customers in Canada only.

*Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and return eligible items in their original, unworn condition within 15 days of delivery . We will inspect the condition of returned items. Once their condition is confirmed, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

U.S. / EUROPE and other Countries

As a general rule, international purchases are non returnable and non-refundable.

The customer is responsible for all import duties, tax and administration charges that may be applied by local customs.

EU Right of Withdrawal – Returns Policy Update

Due to recent updates to EU consumer protection regulations (EU Directive 2023/2673), we have updated our returns policy for customers located in the European Union.

Under EU law, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order.

If you choose to return an item under this right of withdrawal, the following conditions apply:

• A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. This fee covers inspection, handling, and repackaging costs.
• The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and will not be covered by us.
• Items must be returned in their original condition to be eligible for a refund.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund (minus the restocking fee) will be processed to your original payment method.

DAMAGE/WRONG ORDER

Contact us within 7 days upon receiving the item if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. *Please return eligible items in their original, unworn condition within 15 days of delivery . We will inspect the condition of returned items. Once any defects are confirmed, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
