Courier delivery approximately 5-7 business days.
* For residents of Victoria BC "Local Pick up" is available at check-out. Studio is located in Esquimalt.
*For MADE TO ORDER items will take about a week before shipping.

Returns
CANADA
Return and refunds due to customer preference are generally available for customers in Canada only.
*Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and return eligible items in their original, unworn condition within 15 days of delivery . We will inspect the condition of returned items. Once their condition is confirmed, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
U.S. / EUROPE and other Countries
As a general rule, international purchases are non returnable and non-refundable.
The customer is responsible for all import duties, tax and administration charges that may be applied by local customs.
DAMAGE/WRONG ORDER
Contact us within 7 days upon receiving the item if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. *Please return eligible items in their original, unworn condition within 15 days of delivery . We will inspect the condition of returned items. Once any defects are confirmed, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
*ON-SALE, Custom made, and Made-to-Order items are non- refundable.

返品・交換ポリシー
国際配送
海外からの購入はお客様の都合による返品および返金できません。
現地の税関により課されるすべての輸入関税、税金、管理手数料はお客様の負担となります。ご了承ください。
ダメージ
商品に欠陥や破損がある場合、または間違った商品を受け取った場合は、商品到着後 ７日以内にご連絡ください。対応させていただきます。
対象商品は、配達後15 日以内に、未使用の元の状態で発送手続きをしてください。
返品を受け取り商品の状態を確認させていただきます。欠陥がわかり次第、元の支払い方法で払い戻しさせていただきます。
- セール品やカスタムオーダーは基本的にすべて返品不可です。
